Can I customize my Juno Cloud Couch?
Yes! You can fully customize your setup using our modular pieces. We offer a variety of colors including white, grey, black and khaki in Juno Classic. Then white, beige, black, blue, orange, green, and red in the Juno Luxe style
For the Juno Classic Collection, we sell the following modular pieces:

We also offer separate slipcovers, giving you even more flexibility. For example, you can purchase a Juno Classic Modular 4-Piece Sofa-Chaise in white, and then order a Slipcover Set for the Juno Classic Modular 4-Piece Sofa-Chaise in khaki. This essentially gives you two completely different looks for your sofa by simply swapping out the covers—allowing you to refresh your space without needing to buy a whole new couch

How do I place an order?
Simply select the modular pieces you'd like to build your ideal setup or choose from one of our pre-configured options then choose your preferred color, and add them to your cart. Once you've completed your selection, proceed to checkout to finalize your purchase

Can I track my order after purchase?
Yes! You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once you've placed your order. When your order ships, each box will have its own tracking number. For multi-piece or modular orders, each item is shipped in a separate box, which may arrive at different times due to warehouse logistics. We’ll provide tracking information for each individual box so you can monitor the progress of your entire order. Please note that tracking information may take a few hours to update after you receive it.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, with delivery times varying based on your location. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Delivery times may be longer during holidays, but we aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible. With a 5-7 business day estimate
What shipping options are available?
We offer free FedEx shipping on all orders within the contiguous U.S. Each modular piece in your order will be shipped in its own box, with tracking provided for each box. Please note that all shipments are processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery typically in 3-7 business days.
Can I expedite my shipping?
Currently, we offer standard shipping times based on your location, but if you need expedited shipping, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. *Contact us*
Will my order be delivered on weekends?
For FedEx shipping, deliveries may occur on weekends, but this depends on their delivery schedule. Each modular piece in your order will be shipped in a separate box, which may arrive on different days. Please note that our warehouses are closed on weekends and holidays, so orders placed on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.
Where do you ship to?
We offer shipping across the U.S., with warehouses located nationwide to ensure quicker delivery.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If you need to make changes to your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible before the item ships. Once your order has been dispatched, address changes may not be possible.

What is your return policy?
We offer a Hassle-Free 30-Day Return Policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, while we cover the cost of shipping the product to you, customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending an item back. All returns are sent to our Return Management Facility in San Diego, CA.
How do I initiate a return?
Returning your order is easy! Just follow these simple steps:

- Receive Instructions – We’ll provide you with the return shipping details, a FedEx return label, and packing guidelines.
- Pack It Properly – The item must be returned in its original packaging and box, in good condition. Ensure it is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
- Ship It via FedEx – Drop off your package at a FedEx location or schedule a pickup.
- Get Your Refund – Once we receive the returned item, we will process your return. Once processed, refunds typically take 3-10 business days to appear in your account.
What are the return conditions?
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition (unused, undamaged, and with all packaging).
- It must be returned in the original box and securely packed.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping the return via FedEx using the provided return label.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No! We don’t charge any restocking fees—just send it back, and you’ll receive a full refund (minus return shipping costs).
Can I exchange my item instead of returning it?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, you can return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, including sending a replacement if necessary.
Manufacturing warranty
What warranty do you offer on your sofas?
Your sofa is delivered with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We provide a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering defects that may occur under normal use. If something goes wrong, we’ll send you a replacement part for the specific issue, rather than replacing the entire sofa.
What does the 1-Year Limited Warranty cover?
If a manufacturing defect causes an issue under normal use, we’ll provide a replacement for the affected part. This includes:
- Structural components – If a base frame or modular piece breaks under normal use, we’ll send a replacement for that specific section.
- Slipcovers – If they are damaged due to proper machine washing (following care instructions), we’ll send a new set.
- Connectors, legs, or brackets – If any essential hardware fails, we’ll replace it.
What happens if my sofa arrives damaged?
We want your sofa to arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives with any damage or defects, please contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll either replace the affected part or offer compensation based on the issue.
What is not covered under the warranty?
- Full product replacements after 30 days (only specific parts will be replaced).
- Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or incorrect assembly.
- Wear and tear, stains, spills, pet damage, or fading over time.
How do I file a warranty claim?
- Contact Us – Email our support team at support@junohousing.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Provide Photos – Attach clear photos or videos showing the problem.
- Assessment & Resolution – If the issue is covered, we’ll send you the necessary replacement part.
Do I have to pay for warranty-related replacements?
- If your claim is approved, we cover the cost of the replacement part.
- Shipping costs for replacement parts may be the customer’s responsibility.

Product Care
Are the couch covers removable and washable?
Yes, all of our couch covers are fully removable—including covers for the bottom, back, side cushions, and even the base slipcovers. They are machine-washable, making maintenance and cleaning incredibly easy.
How do I care for my Juno Cloud Couch?
We recommend machine-washing the covers on a gentle cold cycle and air-drying them. For the cushions, regular fluffing will help maintain their shape and fullness
Do you offer replacement slipcovers?
Yes, we offer replacement covers for individual pieces along with entire sets. You can easily change the color of your couch by purchasing a new set of slipcovers.
